Register and start mobile banking in 4 easy steps
If you're an existing customer, download the app and follow the easy steps below to get set-up. You can now sign up for Online Banking, Telephone banking and our Mobile app, all in one go!
If you’re new to NatWest International, to use mobile banking you will first need to open an account with us. Compare our accounts to find the best account for you.
Download the app from an official app store
Our App is available for free on iOS and Android. Go to the official app store for your device and search ‘NatWest International’.
Read and accept terms and conditions
After you've read and accepted the app's terms and conditions; enter your customer number and the required characters from your PIN and Password.
Your Customer Number is the ten digit number beginning with your date of birth that you use to log into Online Banking.
If you don't use Online Banking or you don't know your Customer Number, tap 'What's my Customer Number?' and follow the on-screen prompts to register for Online Banking.
Confirm your mobile number
We'll send you a text with an activation code to the mobile number we hold for you. Enter your activation code to continue. You can also request a code in the post, which will take a little longer.
Create your passcode
Once you create your passcode, you'll need it every time you want to use the app. It should be between 5 and 8 characters long. Choose a passcode that you can remember without having to write it down and don't share it with anyone else.
