Here you can see whether our range of services are running as we expect, if we're aware of any issues or if we're planning a period of maintenance soon.

Planned updates

In order to keep our systems up to date we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance.

So we don't cause you too much disruption, we aim to do this in the early hours of the morning.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will provide an update below and give you the specific times and services affected.

To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 08:00 until approximately 14:00 this Saturday 24th February. This means that our Online banking will be unavailable during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause and thank you for your patience.

Planned maintenance

To ensure that we continue to provide you with a reliable service we will be carrying out essential maintenance to our cash machines for approximately 1 hour between 1:00 am and 2:00 am on Tuesday 27th February 2024.

During this time:

  • Access to cash and all other services could be declined at NatWest International ATMs
  • NatWest International debit card holders may experience transactions being declined at cash machines of other financial institutions
