In order to keep our systems up to date we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance.
So we don't cause you too much disruption, we aim to do this in the early hours of the morning.
When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will provide an update below and give you the specific times and services affected.

Service update
We’re doing essential maintenance on our ATMs from 00:00 to 05:00 on Tuesday, 7th October 2025 (about 5 hours).
During this time our ATMs won’t be available.
- You won’t be able to get cash or use any other ATM services.
- Debit cards won’t work at other banks’ ATMs during the maintenance.
- ‘Emergency Cash’ and ‘Get Cash’ services won’t be available. Codes issued before or during this period will still work, but only for their normal 3-hour lifespan. They can’t be reissued or extended, so please time your visit to avoid the outage.
