Meet Cora, your digital assistant

Introducing Cora

Cora, our digital assistant, is available 24/7 to help answer your day-to-day banking queries. Cora can also show you how to do things like make a payment or manage your direct debits.

If you log into online banking or the mobile app before starting a chat, Cora can offer additional support including:

  • updating your address
  • ordering a PIN reminder
  • reporting your card lost or stolen

What can I do using Cora?

Change your address or personal details

Cora can help you update your details including address, phone number or email address.

Order a replacement card or pin number

Forgotten your PIN or you need to order a new card? Cora is here to help you.

Request a statement for your account

Order statements on your account, historic or up-to-date.

Report a lost or stolen debit card

Use Cora to report your debit card lost or stolen. You can also order a new card.

Query a transaction that you don't recognise

Within our app or online banking, you can securely query a transaction on your account.

Ask a question on everyday banking

Cora can help answer questions on your day-to-day banking queries or bring in a colleague to help.

How to chat with Cora

Keep your question simple and straight to the point

Here are a few examples:

  • How do I make a payment
  • How do I download a statement

Cora may ask you a few questions to make sure you get the right answer and can pass you to a colleague to help if necessary.

Where to find Cora

Mobile app

Go to the home screen of your mobile banking app. Tap ‘Help’ at the bottom of the screen, then ‘Message us’ to start a chat. Criteria apply.

Online banking

Log into online banking. From your home screen, in the left-hand column click ‘Need help?’ to start a chat. Criteria apply.

Our website

'Chat to Cora' is available on the bottom right of our webpages, allowing you to start a chat with us any time. (excluding the business section)
