How do I get the mobile banking app?

If you’re registered for online banking, you can download and register for the mobile banking app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on a compatible device.

 

Who can use our app

Our mobile app is available to NatWest International personal and business customers aged 11 or over, with compatible iOS and Android devices, and a mobile number from one of the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom or the United States.

 

How to register and activate

  • Open the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and search for "NatWest International".
  • Download the app. When it opens, choose "I’m already a customer" then “Get started”.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Enter your Customer Number, then your partial PIN and password.
  • Confirm the partially displayed mobile number shown on screen. We’ll send an activation code to that number by text message.
  • Enter the activation code into the app.
  • Create a passcode you’ll use to log in to the app.

You’re ready to start using the mobile banking app.
