How do I change my address?
You can change your address with the bank using one of the following options:
Registered for Online Banking
If you're registered, the easiest way is from within Online Banking;
- Log in to your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
- Select ‘Chat Now’ on the right hand side of your screen
- Follow the on-screen instructions
If you use our Mobile Banking App, you can also request a change to your address when on the go via our "Chat to Cora" feature. Simply select 'Help' when logged in, and then choose "Chat to Cora".
Not registered for Online Banking
You can change your address in writing by sending us a signed request addressed to a branch. This can be posted to a branch. Alternatively you can visit any NatWest International branch - Please remember to take some form of photographic identification, such as your passport or driving licence with you, along with your active Debit Card and PIN.

Contact Details Activity Alert
If you have enabled the Contact Details Activity Alert on your account you will receive a text message when your address has been updated. The Alerts service is available to mobile phones registered with a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider.
