Branch opening hours
In order to support social distancing recommendations and provide support for both our community and our colleagues, we regret that we're unable to provide face to face banking services in all of our branches until further notice.
Gibraltar
Following Government guidance, from 9am on 5th January our Line Wall Road, Gibraltar branch will be closed to the public until further notice but will be open for essential banking appointments only.
To make an essential banking appointment in Gibraltar:
- please contact your Relationship Manager, or;
- email Customerservicesgib@natwestint.com for customer services or GibLWRCashOrdersMailbox@natwestint.com for cash transactions.
Our colleagues will continue to serve you and you can still carry out your everyday banking and talk to us when you need help. Our online banking and mobile app provide many of the services available in branch and we also have telephone banking services available.
For all our other locations, please only come to branch if it’s absolutely critical and you’re unable to do what you need to do using our digital banking services on online banking or our mobile app.
Changes to our branch network
In recent years more of our customers have opted to bank with us using our Mobile app, Online Banking and Telephone banking services.
Customers now visit our branches less often and, in some cases, never at all. We’re committed to keeping branches as part of our service offering but it’s now necessary to reduce our branch network for commercial reasons.
