What should I do if one of my accounts is not shown online?
Some complex accounts are not yet suitable for the internet service, for example some loans and mortgages. We're currently working to add more accounts and services online and we'll advise you of any new developments using the 'Service Information' section on the log in pages.
If your account was showing online but is now no longer visible it might mean there is an issue with your account. In this case you would need to contact us over the phone to discuss your account and we will be able to advise you of the best steps to take.
