Why am I not receiving paper statements?
You may not be receiving paper statements as either a joint account holder or yourself has opted to go paperless and turned off paper statements. To confirm if the account is set to receive paperless statements:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select 'Statements & transactions'
- Under 'Paperless settings' select 'Manage paperless settings'
If your paper statements have not been turned off then please ensure that we have your current address.
