What is a Statement Alert?
If you have chosen to stop receiving statements by post we'll send you an email to let you know when your statement is ready to view online.
Statement Alerts are sent with the same frequency as your paper statements would have been. For example, if you received a paper statement on a monthly basis the alert would also be sent monthly.
To view your statement online:
- Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
- Select 'Statements & transactions' from the main menu
- In the 'Your statements' section, select 'Statements'
If we have an issue sending your email alert a letter will be sent to you explaining the issue. If the issue is not resolved your paper statements will be turned back on automatically.
Don't forget to check your transactions regularly and please remember we'll never ask you for your PIN and password by email.
