Why doesn't my new direct debit show on my Online Banking?

Newly set up direct debits will only show on Online Banking once the first payment has been taken from your account.

After the first payment has been taken it will display on your statement, and you will be able to view it along side any other existing direct debits.

To view your existing direct debits:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Go to 'Payments & transfers' in the main menu
  3. Under the heading 'Direct debits', select 'Manage direct debits'
  4. Select the required payee and click on 'View direct debit'
