Which of my accounts can I switch to paperless?
You can choose to receive paperless statements or other mail for the following eligible accounts:
- Current accounts
- Savings accounts
- Personal loans
Using online banking
- Log in to online banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com/login (opens in a new window)
- On the main menu choose ‘Paperless settings’
- For each account, choose how you would like to receive your bank statements and other mail
Using mobile banking
- Log in to your mobile banking app
- Tap on your profile icon (top left of screen)
- Choose 'Settings'
- Tap 'Paperless settings'
- Select the paperless statements and other mail preferences for each of your accounts
