I have more than one customer number, can I view all of these on the mobile app?
Once you registered the business account with Online Banking you can view the account in the Mobile Banking App.
If you would like to view your business account in the Mobile Banking App please follow the instructions below:
- Tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app.
- Select the option to add a business.
- Please enter in the name of your business followed by the Customer Number.
- Select 'next' and your business account will be added to the Mobile Banking App.
Once you have added the businesses in, the next time you can log in to the app, you can select a business profile to view and easily switch between the different accounts.
