How do I manage my marketing preferences?

We use your marketing preferences to ensure you can hear about products and services we think you might like, in a way that suits you.

We won't bombard you and we'll never share your data with anyone for their marketing purposes. Don’t worry we'll still tell you about important changes or updates on your account.

You can choose how you would like to hear from us by editing these preferences in the mobile app or via Online Banking.

Using your mobile app

App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Tap on the 'profile' icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Select 'settings'
  4. Tap on Marketing preferences
  5. Choose how you'd like to hear from us by switching the toggles on and off. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for mobile prompts, text, email, post or telephone
  6. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect

If you are a Business or Credit Card customer please follow the above steps, however to change your preferences you will use our "Chat to Cora" service and edit these preferences with a webchat agent.

Using Online Banking

Online Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest International account

  1. Log in to your Online Banking
  2. Select 'Your details' from the main menu
  3. Select 'Set your marketing preferences' underneath marketing preferences
  4. Choose how you'd like to hear from us by selecting or deselecting the respective tick box. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for Online Banking, text, email, post or telephone
  5. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect

For Business customers:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking
  2. Select 'Your details' from the main menu
  3. Select 'Set your marketing preferences' underneath marketing preferences
  4. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for Online Banking by selecting or deselecting the respective tick box
  5. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect
