How do I change my alert preferences?
You can change your alert preferences any time you like using Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
- From the main menu select 'Alerts'.
- From the 'Alerts' page, pick an account you wish to amend the alert settings on.
- Select the 'Account Alerts' tab to update any alerts specific to this account.
- By selecting the 'Activity Alerts' tab any changes made on this tab will apply to all of your accounts.
Please note: You may need your card-reader or your mobile app if you are registered for biometrics to confirm certain changes to your alert preferences.
