No, your card reader does not store any personal information, so no one will be able to gain access to your accounts if it’s lost or stolen.
To order a replacement:
- Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
- Select 'Security' from the main menu
- From the 'Using a card reader' section select 'Order a card reader' and follow the on screen instructions.
