How do I update my mobile app?

To update our mobile app, you should visit the relevant app store to download and install the latest version. You may need your online banking login details which includes your customer number, PIN and password.

Why can’t I update the app on my device?

You may not be able to update the app as your device:

  • isn’t connected to the internet (check your wi-fi or mobile data connection)
  • doesn’t have enough storage space to download the latest version of the app
  • no longer meets the minimum operating system requirements for our mobile app

A common fix to some issues is to delete the app from your device then download and reinstall it from the relevant app store.

Alternatively, you can continue to bank with us using online banking, telephone banking or visiting a branch.
