Customer surveys
At NatWest International we are passionate about ensuring that you receive great customer service. Your feedback helps us improve the things that matter to you.
We regularly reach out to our customers to see how we're doing. You might receive an email or a phone call asking for your thoughts on our service.
We work with a research company called MaritzCX to conduct these surveys. If you receive an email survey, it will come from yourfeedback@insights.natwestint.com.
Our surveys are designed to be quick and straightforward, taking just a couple of minutes to complete. We will only ask for your views on our service. We will never ask you for your personal finances or bank details, and we won’t use your feedback to try to sell or market anything to you.
After completing the survey, a member of our team may reach out to discuss your thoughts further or address any problems. You can let us know in the survey if you agree to this.

At NatWest International, we work hard to give you the best service possible. However, sometimes when we don’t get it right. When this happens please let us know and we will ensure that we fully investigate your complaint and do everything we can to put things right.
