What is Video Banking
We know its not always possible to come into one of our branches so Video Banking provides a secure and easy-to-use way of talking to us face-to face on a Zoom video chat, just like when you talk to your friends and family.
All you need is a device with a camera or webcam and good connection to the internet and you can talk to us face to face, wherever you are!
When you book an appointment we will share clear instructions on how to join the call. Then, all you need to do is choose somewhere private to have the chat, get comfy and you're good to go.
