Online Banking restricted service
As part of our work to continuously improve our security and protect you from fraud we have taken the decision to remove the restricted service from Online Banking. You will now have to be fully authenticated via either OTP or card reader in order to service your accounts in Online Banking.
To confirm it's you we will send you a passcode by text or you can use your card reader, so you'll need to:
- check your mobile number is right, if it's not please contact us. When your number is updated (which could take up to 3 days) you'll be able to access all your information
- if you've got a card reader, have it ready for logging in. If you've lost it, order a new one, which usually takes 10-15 working days to get to you but please allow up to 15 working days. If we've ordered one for you recently, it's on its way.
