• Recent transactions on every account
• A transfer button to quickly move money between your accounts

Here's what you'll find in the 'Payments & transfers' section:

• Move money between your accounts and make transfers to third parties, including international
• Manage payees
• Manage personal payment limits
• Schedule future dates payments
• Manage direct debits or set up and cancel standing orders
• Order replacement cheque books or paying in books

Some services may require you to order and activate a card reader.

Alternatively, you can register for the biometrics approval feature via our app and use your face to authorise online banking transactions.

Here's what you can do in the 'Alerts' section:

• Your balance goes below or above a certain amount
• You update your address or contact details
• You set up or amend a standing order
• A new card or PIN is issued

The Alerts service is available to mobile phones registered with a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider.

In the ‘Statements & transactions’ section you can:

• View and search 7 years of transactions
• Opt in to paperless statements for your accounts
• View your bank correspondence in the secure mailbox
• Download your statements

How do I change to paperless statements?

Can't find your debit card? Not sure if it's down the side of the sofa or if you've dropped it at the supermarket? 

With our mobile app or online banking you can freeze your debit card so it can't be used until you find it again. When you find your card you can remove the block. Here's how
