Days 1 & 2

Our Current Account Switch service team will speak to your old bank and ensure everything is ready for the switch to go ahead.

Days 3 to 5

We open your new account and set up your payments. Your Direct Debits and standing orders will be moved across.

With everything secured in your new account, we’ll contact your old bank and start transferring your balance over.

On this final day your balance should be fully transferred over and your old account will be closed.

We’re proud to be part of the Current Account Switch Service and will handle everything that comes with moving your bank account across to NatWest International.

Everything will be completed within 7 working days including; changing over your Direct Debits and standing orders, moving your balance and closing your old account. All we need from you is the details of your old bank account and when you want the switch to start.
