New ways our Mobile app and Online Banking can help

Improvements to our digital banking services

Our Mobile app and Online Banking service already provide convenient ways for you to carry out your day to day banking.

Last year we started adding new features so customers with Cash Management multicurrency accounts can use these services to manage their currency accounts on the go too. We've got more changes planned this year that will provide you with new ways to arrange payments from your Sterling and multicurrency accounts.

All of your accounts in one place

If you’ve confirmed the signing rules for your accounts, you can now check the balances and review up to 2 years of transactions for all your NatWest International personal accounts on our Mobile app and Online Banking service.

When you log in you’ll see all personal Sterling accounts and any Cash Management multicurrency and fixed deposit accounts held in your name. Joint accounts will also be displayed if they’ve been set up with both parties to operate the account.

You won’t be able to choose which personal accounts can be viewed and managed on our Mobile app or Online Banking. They’ll all be automatically displayed even if you’ve previously chosen to exclude certain accounts from view in our ibanking service.

Arrange your payments on the go

You can now move money between all of your personal accounts using Online Banking and the Mobile app. This includes transferring foreign currencies in your multi-currency accounts.

More payment options will be introduced later this year so account holders can make international payments using our Mobile app and Online Banking service.

Keep track of your finances 24/7 with our Online Banking service

Manage your Sterling accounts, transfer money, pay bills, manage direct debits and standing orders and manage text alerts online.

Online Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest International account.
