How to apply for support

All of these options can help with a temporary reduction in outgoings. However, your mortgage balance will increase and you will pay more over the term of your mortgage. So, it’s important that you only apply if you’re currently having difficulties making your mortgage payments.

The quickest way to apply for further support in relation to your mortgage payments is to answer the questions below and provide any information we ask for. We will ask you questions about your income and expenditure and how these have been impacted by Coronavirus.

Before you submit the form, please make sure all the information is correct. If not, this will cause a delay in dealing with your request.

Depending on the options you choose and your personal circumstances, we may need to discuss things further with you or request some financial documents. If so, one of our team will contact you to arrange a time and date that suits you and will outline our requirements.
