Exciting changes to our Library Place branch

Building a branch for the future

The way people are choosing to bank with us is changing, and we want to make sure our branch provides a space for everyone to be able to do what they need.

Whilst we refurbish your branch at Library Place, we’ll need to close the branch for a few months, but don’t worry, you’ll be able to use our Bath Street branch for all your day-to-day banking needs.

A face-lift for existing services

We’ll have somewhere for you to pay in and withdraw cash/cheques. You’ll still be able to speak to someone face to face and there’ll be private rooms available if you need to discuss something in confidence.

A dedicated self-serve area

For customers that prefer self-service, there’ll be an automated area for you to use. We'll also have a member of the team at hand to help you with our digital banking services.

A place for the community

We'll open our doors to local businesses, charities and community groups by giving them a space to use for events – our new branch will be a hub where people can come together to learn, listen and share ideas.
