Branch banking

Exciting changes to our Library Place branch

A branch for the future

The way people are choosing to bank with us is changing, and we want to make sure our branch provides a space for everyone to be able to do what they need.

On Monday, 19th September we temporarily closed Library Place branch for refurbishment. We hope to reopen the branch by the end of the year.

During the refurbishment, please visit our Bath Street branch for your day-to-day banking needs.

A preview of the changes

A face-lift for existing services

We’ll have somewhere for you to pay in and withdraw cash/cheques. You’ll still be able to speak to someone face to face and there’ll be private rooms available if you need to discuss something in confidence.

A dedicated self-serve area

For customers that prefer self-service, there’ll be an automated area for you to use. We'll also have a member of the team at hand to help you with our digital banking services.

A place for the community

We'll open our doors to local businesses, charities and community groups by giving them a space to use for events – our new branch will be a hub where people can come together to learn, listen and share ideas.
