Telephone banking

It's easy to use Telephone banking to check your balance, make transfers and payments or get support with your everyday banking needs.

Lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 10am - 5pm and Thursday to Friday 9am - 5pm (except public holidays). Calls may be recorded.

Branch banking

Our branches can process your cash transactions, book a financial health check, talk to a member of the team for help with our digital services and more.

Video banking

Instead of coming into a branch, you can use your phone, tablet or computer to have a video chat with one of our Customer Advisors.
