Why am I gettting an error message "Something's gone wrong" when trying to approve my online transaction?

The error message "Something's gone wrong" will appear if you click on the "I have approved in my app" blue button on the 3D Secure (3DS) screen multiple times.

You'll need to return to the retailer website and start again.
