Why is a favourite payee no longer on my favourites list?

A payee will be removed from your favourites if you:

• removed them as a favourite payee
• changed the reference on the existing payee
• tried to create a new payee using the same account details

If a payee is no longer showing on your favourite payee list, you'll need to add it as a favourite.
