How do I remove a favourite payee?

You can remove a payee from your favourite payee list with our mobile app. Tap 'Payments' on the bottom of the home screen and use one of the following options:

 

Favourite payees list

• Swipe the ‘Favourite payee’ carousel and tap the payee you want to remove from the list
• Deselect the star ‘Remove favourites’ by tapping on it
• Close the pop-up window

This will remove the payee as a favourite and return it to your A to Z payees list. 

 

Send money (Make a payment)

• Tap 'Send money'
• Choose 'Make a payment' and scroll to the payee on your 'Favourite payees' list
• Tap the three dots next to the payee
• Deselect the star from 'Remove favourites' by tapping on it
• Close the pop-up window

This will remove the payee as a favourite and return it to your A to Z payees list. 

 

Payment setting (Manage payees)

• Tap ‘Payment settings’ then ‘Manage payees’
• Scroll to the payee on your ‘Favourite payee’ list and tap to select them
• Deselect the star from 'Remove favourites' by tapping on it
• Tap the back arrow at the top left of your screen

You'll be returned to the ‘Manage payees’ screen. The payee will be removed as a favourite and shown on your A to Z payees list.
