Why is a cancelled direct debit still showing on my service?

Direct Debits will show on your service for at least 15 months after being cancelled. Rest assured your Direct Debit has been cancelled. You can select "cancelled" tab on Direct Debits page and this will then show your cancelled Direct Debits.
