My email address is correct but I've had no Alerts, why?
Please ensure that the email address you have provided is your most current email address.
Please also check your spam/junk folder in case your email client has identified the Alert as spam.
In some instances, when we deliver Email Alerts to work Email addresses, the message will be sent successfully however, if the message fails internal checks, you may not receive the mail item if the administration of your network choose not to deliver it to you.
In this instance we will not receive a response that notifies us of the failure of this delivery.
Please provide us with an alternative Email address, or contact the administration of your network.
