How do I install the app onto my phone?

iPhone

To install the app on your phone please go to the Apple App Store and search for NatWest Offshore then click Free or the Cloud icon.

Android

To install the app go to the Play Store and search for NatWest Offshore then click Install.

To register, you’ll need:

• Your Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number from one of these countries: Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
• Your Online Banking details:
  • Your 10 digit customer number
  • Your 4 digit PIN
  • Your chosen password
