If you're living abroad or moving to the UK, we might be able to help.

To apply for this account, you must be aged 18 or over and reside in an eligible country. To set up and maintain your banking with NatWest International, you must keep a minimum balance of £25,000 with us (or the equivalent in another currency). £8 monthly fee.

Do you need a multi-currency account?

During your application, you'll be given the option to open an International Select account and Cash Management account.

Our Cash Management account lets you hold different currencies, including sterling, all in one place. You can easily access your money and use your account for:

  • Making payments in sterling and other currencies.
  • Receiving payments in sterling and international currencies.
  • Handling foreign exchange transactions.
  • Managing Fixed Term Deposits in GBP, USD and EUR currencies.

You'll need a Cash Management account to manage a Fixed Term Deposit.

Who is eligible to apply?

You can apply for an International Select account if you:

  • are aged 18 or over.
  • are resident in an eligible country.
