What is Video Banking?
This is a face-to-face banking service that allows you to talk to us wherever you are, using a smart phone, tablet or computer.
It's easy to use, secure and confidential and you can book an appointment Monday to Friday, GMT.
You must have a device that has a camera or a webcam connected to it, along with a connection to the internet. Video banking calls may be recorded.
