UK Mortgages for international customers

We only accept mortgage applications for UK properties via Financial Conduct Authority regulated Mortgage Brokers / Intermediaries. Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Considering a mortgage on a UK property?

If you’re over 18 and a non-UK resident in one of our accepted countries or a foreign national moving to the UK, we might be able to help you.

We can offer a range of mortgage products to:

  • buy a property to rent in the UK
  • purchase a home in the UK
  • remortgage your existing UK property.

To see if we could offer our mortgage products in your jurisdiction, please use our UK mortgage eligibility checker.

As a lender, we are unable to give you independent advice. Accordingly, you must submit your application through a UK regulated Mortgage Broker / Intermediary.

You can make sure a Mortgage Broker is regulated by checking the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register.
