To add, change, or remove signatories for an Unincorporated Club, Society or other Community Organisation:
Step 1: Please complete the Unincorporated Club, Society or other Community Organisation Mandate,

Step 2: Include an up-to-date list of Members/Partners along with the mandate.
Step 3: If the new signatory needs a debit card, complete:
Business debit card application (PDF, 2.3 MB)
Step 4: If they need online banking access, complete:
Online banking application for Unincorporated bodies (PDF, 1.3 MB) (Submit a separate form for each person needing access)
Important:
New signatories will receive full access, which is not limited by the signing rules in your mandate.
Once you’re ready, please print and sign the completed mandate(s). You can post, or take these along with the necessary documents to your nearest branch. Please mark this for the attention of the Business Banking Amendments Team.
