To be eligible for the Relationship Management service you must be resident in the Channel Islands, Gibraltar or the Isle of Man. Your business must also be registered in the Channel Islands, Gibraltar or the Isle of Man and your business borrowing with us must be £50,000 or more.
Use our debit card to pay for business purchases like in shop buys for equipment or online ones like new software. Also, withdraw cash whenever you need it or set up Apple Pay or Google Pay with your phone.

The Current Account Switch Service makes switching from one bank or building society to another simple and stress-free. You can choose a switch date to suit you, just make sure you allow a minimum of 7 working days.
This service is only available to switch current account products. Any other products you have with your old bank will not be moved at the same time. Gibraltar is not managed by the Current Account Switch Guarantee.

ID and Verification
We will need to carry out identification and verification checks on any person who owns or controls more than a certain percentage of business shares or voting rights (usually 25%), as well as anyone else who will be authorised to operate your account.
You will usually need to show us two separate, valid original documents, one to prove your identity and one to prove your address.

Yes. To register for the mobile app, you’ll need your 10-digit customer number, your 4-digit PIN, your online banking password and your mobile phone number, download the app and send yourself a link.
Use our application centre to continue your application, check the status of your account opening process, receive the latest updates about your application, and find out more about your main account and other accounts, including deposit accounts. Use the same details that you created when you applied for your business accounts to log in.
