What are Act Now alerts?
Act Now alerts will tell you when your business current account goes into an unarranged overdraft or you could have a payment rejected. You can minimise or avoid fees by paying money into your account by the time given on your alert.
- We'll send all business representatives linked to the account an Act Now Alert
- If the business account stays over its agreed limit at a later date, we’ll send a reminder
We won't charge you for using our alerts service however your network operator may charge you for receiving or sending a text message.
We'll only send you alerts after 8am, Monday to Friday, and not on bank holidays.
