Sign up for our online banking service which allows you to instantly look up your statements and recent transactions, as well as to arrange payments and transfers.

Online Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest International Bank account.


Manage both sterling and currency accounts; transfer money between your accounts and between currencies.

ibanking is available to personal customers aged 16+, with a NatWest International account.

International Premier Banking is designed to help you achieve your financial ambitions.

With our specialised knowledge of international account requirements, we can guide you through the range of products and services available as well as helping you get started with online and mobile banking.

Financial Health Checks via Video Banking

We offer face-to-face video banking services so that you can talk to us wherever you are, using a smart phone, tablet or computer.

It's easy to use, secure and confidential and you can book a Financial Health Check appointment between 9AM and 4PM GMT, Monday to Friday.

You must have a device that has a camera or a webcam connected to it, along with a connection to the internet. Video banking calls may be recorded.

Telephone Banking

Use Telephone banking to check your balance, make transfers and payments. You’ll only be able to use Telephone banking after you have registered for the service.

You'll need your Customer Number, PIN and Password, and the service may be limited if you haven’t ordered and enabled a card reader.
