To make life that little bit easier, and reduce our paper waste, we're currently rolling out a new online portal to our panel of mortgage brokers.

If you've been informed that it's available to you, our secure Mortgage Broker Portal can be used to start and manage a new mortgage application.

  • Start, submit and manage any new mortgage applications - all online and in one place.

Application alerts

  • Automatically receive notifications as an application moves through the mortgage process.
  • Notifications will include alerts that highlight the actions you need to advance the application.

Help is at hand

  • Interact directly with your Mortgage Specialist, from within the portal.
  • All your messages are stored against each application, making it much easier to track previous conversations with your mortgage Specialist.

Registering for our Broker Portal

Want to be an early adopter of our new paperless Mortgage Broker experience? Registering couldn't be easier and you only need to do it once...

    If you’ve not placed business with us before, you’ll need to apply and be accepted onto our Broker Panel before we can accept a mortgage application from you. Once you are accepted you can register for the online broker portal to submit and manage your applications online.

    If you're already on our Broker Panel please contact us on 01624 632444 or brokers@natwestint.com to speak to one of our dedicated Mortgage Specialists about getting registered for the online broker portal.

You can view our acceptable proof of income, proof of identity, address verification and evidence of deposit documents below.
