Complete a mortgage application form.
Complete the income and expenditure form.
Once you're ready, email the completed form(s) and the supporting documents to brokers@natwestint.com.
Gather the supporting document
- Employed customers: last 3 months' payslips, last 3 months' bank statements, and any documents that show other commitments (for example mortgage statements, credit card statements or rental agreements).
- Self‑employed customers: finalised accounts or tax returns for the past 2 years, plus the most recent 3 months' personal and business bank statements.
- If someone's being added to the property title, include ID for the new person.
