Why choose Premier?

NatWest International Premier is a relationship service designed to offer a more personal banking experience. Our Premier service is here to make your life easier and run more smoothly.

As a Premier customer you'll have:

Dedicated support from a Relationship Manager

As a Premier customer you will benefit from direct contact with your own dedicated Premier Relationship Manager. This relationship enables us to understand your unique personal circumstances and any changes to these.

Our Relationship Managers have completed a comprehensive training and development programme. We can guide you through the range of products and services available as well as helping you get started with Online and Mobile Banking. We can also assist with mortgages and savings products on a non-advice basis.

A Relationship Manager will be happy to meet whenever and wherever suits you - even over a coffee.

You can also speak to our support team Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.

Help to review your finances and reach your financial goals

Taking a step back and looking at your finances could really help you to feel in control and stay on top of your spending. A free Financial Health Check with your Premier Relationship Manager is a great way to do that.

We will go through your specific circumstances and help you with ideas on how you can make your money work harder. The initial discussion will be focused around your needs and goals.

Our mobile app helps you manage your money on the move. From checking your recent transactions to making payments it’s easy, fast and secure. Our app is available to customers who have Online Banking and a Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number (our app is available in 18 countries).


Online Banking at your fingertips

Online Banking service is as easy as it is efficient. You can instantly call up your statements and recent transactions, as well as arrange payments and transfers. So you can quickly see if the school fees have been paid or whether your payment has gone to the gardener.

Do I qualify for Premier?

To qualify for our Premier service, you'll need:


Channel Islands customers
A sole annual income of at least £100,000 or a joint annual income of £125,000 paid into your NatWest International account, or savings of at least £275,000 held with us.  


Isle of Man and Gibraltar customers

A sole annual income of at least £80,000 or a joint annual income of £100,000 paid into your NatWest International account, or savings of at least £175,000 held with us.  


Premier is subject to application, status and acceptance by NatWest International. You must be resident in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar.

Do you want to meet near your home or place of work? Our Premier Relationship Managers are entirely flexible and will be happy to meet you at any of our branches, at your home or for a coffee near your office.

For your appointment

Documents to bring with you
To help us understand your needs you should bring the relevant financial documents with you (e.g. bank statements, tax returns, payslips). If you are a new customer you will need to bring either your driving licence or passport too.


We'll let you know exactly what to bring when arranging your appointment.
