How can we help you?

We have a various documents that you may require when arranging a mortgage with us. Please select the relevant process to obtain further guidance and the documents that you need.

Joining our Broker Panel 

If you have not placed business with us before you need to apply and be accepted onto our Broker Panel before we can accept a mortgage application from you. To apply, please complete and return a Broker Panel application form to us.

If you are an Appointed Representative and we do not already have a relationship with your Network we will need to contact them to establish one.

When we have satisfactorily completed our checks we will send you our Terms of Business for you to sign and return. Once returned, we can accept mortgage applications from you.

Establishing customer eligibility

To establish if your customer is meets our eligibility criteria please either contact your existing Business Development Manager or speak with one of our team to discuss your customer’s requirements.


Alternatively you can send us a completed Customer Proposal Form outlining details of your customer’s requirements.

We recommend that you review our account opening requirements as they may differ to what you are used to submitting to a UK based lender.

To apply for a mortgage please complete and return a mortgage application form to us.

To avoid delay please return each application with a Broker application checklist which covers our packaging requirements.

For customers with 4 to 10 rented properties, additional information will be required. Please contact us to discuss your customer's requirements.

Opening an account

As part of our commitment to protect existing and new customers from the risks of fraud, and to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations under our money laundering legislation, we will need to confirm the identity and residential address of your customer.


Our account opening requirements may differ from those that you are used too because we are located outside of the UK and subject to different regulations. It’s important that you follow our instructions carefully to avoid the need to obtain new documents and delay the issue an offer letter.


We recognise given the international nature of our customers that various types of documents can be supplied. We have chosen the documents that in our experience are the most readily available and verified.


The key differences that you need to know are:


  • The Certifier must have met your customer in person with their original documents 
  • We can accept employers letters when the customer lives in a country without a defined postal system i.e. the UAE
  • We need a Tax Identification Number. For customers that don’t pay tax we require their residency number or equivalent – please contact us for more details
  • We will contact the certifier/author of an employment letter so please ensure they are readily contactable

The following documents are NOT acceptable:


  • Mobile and Broadband bills
  • Rates and Council tax bills

To help us to process your customers mortgage application as quickly as possible, they should complete and return a Confirmation of Identity Form.
