ibanking service being withdrawn
The ibanking service will be withdrawn on 29 March 2022.
From this date, you won't be able to access ibanking to view or manage your accounts online. In preperation, we've stopped accepting requests for new bank accounts to be added to any existing ibanking profiles.
What are my options?
You can continue to access ibanking until 29 March 2022. After this date, if you haven’t registered for our alternative digital services, you will no longer be able to access or manage your accounts online.
Do you have a Cash Management account?
You’ll not be able to make sterling faster payments from a Cash Management account using online banking until 16 March 2022 however the functionality will be available within ibanking until 29 March 2022. This service will be added to our mobile app later in 2022.
Registering for online banking doesn't affect your access to ibanking, which will be available until 29 March 2022.

These services provide a safe and secure way to manage your sterling and currency accounts, tranfer funds between your accounts and make sterling and international payments.
Online banking available to customers aged 11+ with a NatWest International account.
App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
