Five simple steps to sign up

Once you've downloaded our app from the relevant app store, registering couldn't be easier...

Have your details at hand

You’ll need your online banking details:

  • Your 10-digit customer number
  • Your 4-digit PIN
  • Your chosen password
  • Your mobile phone number (remember - this must be a a Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number (our app is available in 18 countries)).

Download the app from your store

Our app is available for free on iOS and Android. Log on to the official app store for your device and search ‘NatWest International’.

Enter your mobile number

We'll send you a text with an activation code. After you've read the app's terms and conditions you'll be asked to enter your activation code.

Create your passcode

Once you create your passcode you'll need it every time you want to use the app. It should be between 5 and 8 characters long. Choose a passcode that you can remember without having to write it down and don't share it with anyone else.

Enter your customer details

Enter the 10-digit number you receive when you set up online banking or telephone banking. It starts with your date of birth (ddmmyy), followed by four digits.

Next, enter the required characters from your PIN.

We never ask you for your full PIN or password, but the app will ask you for certain numbers from your PIN and a few characters from your password - just to make sure it's you.

Got more than one business? No problem.

You can manage and add multiple businesses with one app.

Simply log into your app, go to the Profile menu at the top right hand corner of your screen and select ‘Add business’ – you will then be prompted to enter the online banking customer number and requested security details from your online banking service for each business you're adding.
