Once you've registered for ibanking, we'll send you an activation code by post - it usually arrives within seven days. When you have the activation code, you're ready to start using the service.
It’s easy to switch to online statements:
Sometimes, you need a paper statement – perhaps to prove your identity or your income.
It’s free to order up to three months of duplicate paper statements. And you can do this twice in any 12 month period for free.
You can order free paper statements online, by phone or at your nearest branch.
If you’re a NatWest Online Banking customer you can order paper statements from the statement section in Online Banking.

We’ll send your statements to you in the post. They should arrive three to four working days after we receive your request.
Opting to stop receiving paper statements by post:
I accept that you will provide me with information by email about my personal accounts as detailed above. I am confirming that I have told all other joint account holders that I am requesting that paper statements no longer be sent by post and that they are happy for me to make this request.
