The Alerts service is available to mobile phones registered with a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider.
Receive a confirmation text message when you undertake certain activity on your account. This provides you with increased security because you’ll notice if something unexpected happens.
Have the balance of your account sent weekly to your mobile phone, receive an alert whenever your account goes above or below a certain limit or request a balance and mini statement be sent to you.
We will not charge you for using our Alerts service. However, your network operator may charge you for receiving a text alert from us or for sending a mobile text message to us.
