Viewing checklist
Making it all go smoothly
When you are viewing a property it's easy to get caught up in the moment and end up walking away without any of the important questions being answered.
It often helps to write a list of the things you want to find out before you visit the property. Take a pen and paper with you to make some notes as it's easy to forget things once you have left the property.
