If you need to report fraud in relation to a NatWest credit card, you should telephone 0845 300 4350 (24 hours a day).

If you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email, and not responded to it, please forward the e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, if you have responded to the e-mail, and/or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately on 0845 301 5748 (Minicom 0845 900 5961).
