Once you have applied for ibanking and received your activation code you can start banking online. Simply go to www.natwestinternational.com and select the internet banking login options. Select the ibanking service and enter your customer number – this is made up of your date of birth plus a unique number supplied to you when you applied. Then tick the box to indicate you have a new activation code.

You will be asked to enter your activation code, and then asked to choose:

  PIN number (4 digits)

   
•  

  Password (minimum 6 characters which must be made up of combination of numbers and letters)

   

Make sure you pick a memorable PIN and password, as you’ll need them each time you login to ibanking.
