1. Is ibanking secure?

Yes, ibanking is a safe and secure way to do your everyday banking. ibanking plus is further secured by using two factor authorisation.

2. Who can apply for ibanking?

ibanking is presently available to Personal Customers only

What are the other buttons on the Card-Reader for?

Because we are always looking for technology to help you and keep online banking safe, we've developed a Card-Reader that could be used for other types of transactions in the future.

3. How do I apply?

You can download and print our application form, or contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1534 282300 who will post you out an application form.

4. What do I need to log in?

The first time you log on you will need your activation code and your customer number. Once you have used your activation code, you will not need to use it again so you may destroy it. When you enter your activation code you will be asked to choose a PIN and password. Make sure you choose a memorable PIN and password as you will need them each time you log on to ibanking along with your customer number
